New comers want to be isolate beacuse lack of language and social. Even though no one is perfectly fit in new social life but it must be struggled to learn and intergrat in social life. It should be trainer new skill worker who able to work with new comers. New comers are facing delicat situation when the culture and social gives multiple challenge.
