I cannot read it, is it says happy birthday in Chinese?

I can read the first two characters. "sei" and "hi", so "life-day"? But although I can't read the rest of it, I made a very good inference. Thanks Andy!

How you cannot read it, it said" Happy Birth Day".
If you have any question, just say, Meisam.

Yes to All, Vivienne, Saho, and Meisam. Those words are Chinese words. Let me try to show you their meanings:

The first 2 words in the firt line("祝您" in Chinese, maybe you can't see them correctly) mean "Hope you". They are pronounced in Chinese like "Zhu Nin".

The first 2 words in the second line("生日" in Chinese) mean "Birthday". They are pronounced in Chinese like "Sheng Ri".

The last 2 words in the second line("快乐"in Chinese) mean "Happy". They are pronounced in Chinese like "Kuai Le".
