Finally, I passed all setions of the ESL Assessment test on Nov 15, 2008 with the success in Listening part. I got the result on the morning of Saturday, Nov 22. As you know, I wanted to finish the assessment test before I leave ESL, and I applied another assessment test on Nov 29 in case that I would fail the test on Nov 15. So I applied to drop the test on Nov 29 in the Registrar's Office on Nov 26. At last, 2 weird things happened in that afternoon.
1, I didn't get any refund of dropping the future test. After I consulted the staff in the Registrar's Office, I knew the NAIT's policy about dropping a course or test. The policy is that a full refund less administrative fee is only available for withdrawal 3 or more days prior to course commencement, and the administrative fee for dropping or transfering a course is $50. In my case, my last day to get the refund was Nov 25, but I certainly thought the last day was Nov 26. So, I lost all the test fee of $120.
2, The Staff in the Registrar's Office dropped 2 assessment tests that I had token! I couldn't find the 2 tests' grades in the NAIT system on the Internet. They made a mistake. I was wondering it would delay my application for the full-time program in NAIT.
Next, I will talk about the weird things that happened between me and the Registrar' Office.

wait you next ...
Anyway,first congratulation you pass all.
Congratulations on passing! I'm sorry about the refund thing, and it's very very weird that they don't have your marks on the computer. Maybe you broke the system that day in the lab... (joke)
It's too unreasonable, so I can't understand. I have thought that Canada is a very reasonable society, but this is not the case. I am strongly curious that they do their job successfully.
