Sudan, Where it's Going?.....part -2-

Another reason for Sudan's lack of devolopment and civil wars is injustice. As a result of the dectatorism of the National Islamic Conference Party, which has rules Sudan for almost 19 years, the justice became controled by the govering party. This defect can be seen clearly in Darfur conflict; The UN declared that 51 people have involved in Darfur's genocide,and the government says that thes people should be tried only by the national justice system. However, all of them are still free untill now. Not only that, but some of them got a promotion, as Musa Hilal, a Janjaweed leader who has becme the president advisor.
