America's New world Order Is it a Policy or a Problem?

Let me throw myself into the murky water of American policy. The former present of the United States of America (the Bush senior who is the father of the presedent of USA )with his old Hawks administrations such as Dick Chaney, and Ramisfield started what they called their new world order which they intended to laid out their policy in dealing with other nations around the world.
Unfortunately, his son who is the president of America at the moment decided continuoe his fathers foot steps by continuing his vision and policy. As a matter of fact, he did not only continue his fathers vision for american foreign policy but he included his administration many of the pillers of the new world order.
This new world order vision begins with wrong ideology and believes, which is my way or the wrong way. It undermins the collective will of the international community including the United Nations. It has a vision of arrogance, warmongoring, threatening other nations, and policing arouind the world as America seas its interest.
As result, America is irritating its old allies as well as its enamies. Many Europian nations such as France and Germany became unhappy with the direction of these American Neoconservetive administrations. Furthermore, Russia which is and old foe feals threatened by the American policy. Forexample, America wants to expand Nato memmbers upto the Russian border by including Former members of Warso allies such as Poland. Not only that but also America wants to deploy missile interceptors in Poland, thus making Russia threatened in its security.
In addition to that, noweadays America ignors the will of the UN and acts unilaterally by attaking other nations as it did in Iraq against the advise of the UN security council.

I think under Bush's administartion America has lost its respect in the internatinal community, and hope it shouild re-arange its foreign policy and views around the globe by building peace and stopping its new clonialism ideology and policing other nations borders.
